The lady at the front is a nasty woman from a recent experience she put hair in my food bc I simply called back to change my order to white rice instead of fried

I would not recommend nobody to go there they are nasty yes they are I had a roach in my food they had them crawling all around by the kitchen where they cook the food as well they are nasty

Yes they do depending on where you are

very very rude and horrible service

But they serve the best Chinese food in Charleston

Why do you have to be so nasty to all your customers? The woman that takes all orders is a miserable person. If she is an owner or Manager at this place, I will never order again! I feel sorry for her nice drivers because she is awful! Please help

I've never seen that type of behavior at Shanghai Xi Kitchen.
